HYDRATING FACIAL $90

(One hour) Pamper yourself with this five-step treatment. Only nature's most selective ingredients are used. First a hot compress of mineral water and Hydrating Essential Oil gently stimulates and hydrates your face. Then, a Sea Cleanser provides a deep cleaning, removing impurities. A Sea Toning Mask improves hydration and stimulates circulation and tightens the skin as it dries. Our Protective Cream is massaged into the face, protecting the skin against environmental aging factors. Finally, Marine Lotion Spritzer provides rich botanical essences and seaweed extracts helping to promote deep hydration and reducing inflammation. This one-hour facial finishes with a Neck and Shoulder Release massage.

TONING FACIAL $90

(One hour) First, a hot compress of mineral water and Toning Essential Oil gently stimulates and rejuvenate skin cells. Then, a Lavender Milk Cleanser provides a milky cleanse for dry and sensitive skin. A Sea Toning Mask improves hydration and stimulates circulation and tightens the skin as it dries. Our Protective Cream is massaged into the face, protecting the skin against environmental aging factors. Finally, Marine Lotion Spritzer provides rich botanical essences and seaweed extracts helping to promote deep hydration and reducing inflammation. The one-hour facial finishes with a Neck and Shoulder Release massage.

BABOR CHAMPAGNE FACIAL for Oily/Combination Skin $90

(One hour) This six step process begins with a light refreshing Cleansing Gel, especially effective on blemished skin. Next the Extra Mild Peel with cleanser is applied; this exfoliant is great for sensitive skin and thoroughly moisturizes and provides a clear, fresh complexion. Then the Cleansing Tonic Toner, which helps refine the appearance of the skin and has a calming effect while promoting skin regeneration. Selection Ultimate (Champagne) Fluid Ampoules are a reactivating active concentrate with effective radical protection, having moisturizing properties that supports the skin's regeneration process. WATER TREATMENTS $67

(45-minutes) Water treatments are given in our state-of-the-art, 12-jet, hydrotherapy tubs. We start with freshly drawn hot springs mineral water. This is the water that made the town of Calistoga famous with its beneficial minerals. Then we add natural blends according to the type of soak you choose. The combination of these ingredients, plus the gentle massage from the tub's 12 jets, provides the ultimate in relaxation and purification. All water treatments are followed by a cool-down that includes the Aromatherapy of your choice and Marine Lotion Spritzer, a seawater mist fortified with aloe vera which leaves your body feeling moisturized and refreshed.

  • Fango (Mud) Soak: Soak in pure volcanic ash and enjoy the popular spa treatment Europeans have long savored. This mud is rich in minerals and trace elements. It removes impurities, replaces minerals and gently exfoliates. Sea salts are mixed with magnesium chloride, calcium chloride and potassium chloride that aids in combating stress. This mud soak leaves your skin softer and smoother. Recommended Aromatherapy: Detox Essential Oil
  • Fango (Mud) Soak with Salicyl: Salicyl powder (the base ingredient found in aspirin) is added to the pine needle extract used in this treatment. This will help to relieve any aches and pains you may have. This mud soak leaves your skin softer and smoother. Your skin will have absorbed the necessary nutrients for the ultimate mud bath. Recommended Aromatherapy: Deep Heat Essential Oil
  • French Clay with Grape Seeds: A therapeutic blend, rich in antioxidants, extracts toxins and moisturizes the skin. It removes impurities, replaces minerals and gently exfoliates. Sea salts are mixed with magnesium chloride, calcium chloride and potassium chloride that aid in combating stress. Recommended Aromatherapy: Harvest Grapeseed with Lavender Oil
  • Seaweed Algae Soak: Also known as Thalasso therapy, seaweed algae has all the elements necessary for cellular life. It helps to increase your metabolic rate, activating the exchange of substances and eliminating toxins. The amino acids found in seaweed aid in moisturizing dry and sensitive skin. We also add sea salts that are mixed with magnesium chloride, calcium chloride and potassium chloride all aiding to combat stress. AROMATHERAPY

Adding aromatherapy and essential oils, which combine science and art and have been used for centuries, enhances all water treatments. These formulas are highly concentrated extracts that contain vitamins, hormones, antibiotics and antiseptics. The oils are absorbed through the skin, inducing deep relaxation while reducing stress, tension, and muscular aches. They can also draw toxins from the body and replenish depleted vitamins and minerals.

Choose one of the following five formulas that best suits you:

  • Detox: A blend of aromatic essences selected for their purifying properties and beneficial effects on circulation.
  • Deep Heat: A blend of botanical essential oils that combine to produce intense heat when applied to surface skin. Select this treatment to soothe sore muscles and relieve pain.
